The most hated “rich kid” on social media has finally ended up in jail with a 90-day sentence for selling a stolen iPhone on
Craigslist. Param Sharma, better known as @itslavishbitch, is an 18-year-old living in San Francisco who became a much-hated brat last year thanks to his vulgar displays of wealth, condescending remarks towards “peasants” and his offensive attacks on celebrities like Rihanna and Soulja Boy.
An Instagram attack on Scott Disick and the Kardashian Sisters shows one of his many stupid and arrogant attempts to enrage both celebrities and followers alike.
His flaunting of Louis Vuitton and “lavish” life on Instagram has however quieted down ever since he was arrested at a restaurant on August 14 with a $30,000 bail. He has been in jail for almost a month now, explaining why his 427,632 followers have been deprived of his obnoxious content. Hopefully he’s been enjoying himself in jail teaching fellow inmates about the pleasures of luxury with an impressive lavish seminar.
According to Buzzfeed, Sharma’s lawyer, Andrew Shalaby explains his client’s side of the story. Allegedly Sharma posted the iPhone on Craigslist as a favor for a friend who found the lost item and didn’t have the technological means to list it himself. The person who purchased the phone discovered it was tagged as a stolen item while trying to activate the device and later presented it to police.
Surely both the police and thousands of others were pleased to cease this opportunity to lock away this flamboyant cretin. Ironically all it took was an iPhone, even though, according to an Interview with Vice last year he had “invested heavily in Apple”.
According to the same interview with Vice, Lavish’s American Express Black card has a $250,000 limit but regardless of his resources, it looks like Karma doesn’t accept bribes nor American Express.
