Friday Jazz Sessions at The Bridge Bar

Every Friday on the grand steps of St. Ursula Street walking down towards Victoria Gate in Valletta, you will find The Bridge Bar. This idyllic jazz club comes alive every Friday night starting at 20:30 until late in the night. The atmosphere can be compared to the jazz club in The Talented Mr. Ripley film, just add some friendly stray cats and courteous tourists from all parts of the world to your imagination. Just above Victoria Gate, The Bridge Bar is set on a picturesque wooden bridge and seating consists of candlelit tables as well as the good old stone steps overlooking the Grand Harbour and the Mediterranean Sea. Not only can you enjoy live jazz music and a fairytale venue, but also a reasonably priced wine list and a selection of foods including a classic Maltese Platter. Food prices range from €5-8 whereas wine and drink prices vary according to taste. Romantic, reasonably priced and magical, that’s what a night at The Bridge Bar is. The Bridge Bar will be hosting Friday Jazz Sessions until the end of October 2014.
